excellent condition, works perfectly
The Beyerdynamic MCE86II is a professional shotgun microphone designed for use with consumer, professional and semi-professional video cameras. The rugged shotgun microphone measures 310mm long and features a hyper-cardioid / lobe pick up pattern. The pick up pattern effectively minimizes noise and off-axis (side) signal while accurately reproducing the source signal at the front of the microphone capsule. The MCE86 is capable of receiving 11-52V phantom power or internal power via 1.5V AA battery. The microphone also features an On/Off switch for added flexibility.
Hyper-Cardioid Polar Pattern
The hyper-cardioid lobe polar pattern effectively minimizes wind noise and side audio, maximizing pick up at the front of the microphone.
Low Wind Noise
An integrated active filter reduces noise caused by wind, rumble and motor noise.
