Rare Schoeps CM61 (Philips EL6050/12) tube microphone with EF94 tube, switchable cardioid/omni capsule, complete and ready to use, with original CN61 power supply and cables (XLR output cable). Included case is not original. Power supply is set up for US 110VAC, can be changed to European voltage internally.

Works perfectly, good cosmetic condition

Manufacturer's description:

The CM 61 was first produced in 1954.
The preamp worked with an EF94 (6AU6) valve plus an output transformer.
The capsule was changeable, the following models available:

- CM 61 K with omni characteristis ("K" corresponds to the German "Kugel" for omni)
- CM 61 N cardioid ("Niere", cardioid)
- CM 61 U switchable omni/cardioid ("umschaltbar")
CM 61 US switchable omni/cardioid plus capsule swivel ("umschaltbar", "schwenkbar")

The CM61 was sold also as Philips EL6052 with capsule EL6051.
